Personal Allowance - Elderly and Disabled Program

The Personal Allowance - Elderly and Disabled Program is:

money given to a person in a long-term care facility. The money is for buying things that are not supplied at the long-term care facility.
for adults who are living in a long-term care facility, in or out of the Northwest Territories, who have a social, behavioural or mental disability and whose income is less than $200 a month.
