Canada Pension Plan (CPP) - Retirement Pension
The Canada Pension Plan Retirement Pension is:

a monthly benefit paid to people who are at least 60 years of age and who have contributed to the Canada Pension Plan.
To apply:
Your retirement pension does not start automatically. You must apply for it (unless you already receive a CPP disability benefit and turn 65, at which point your disability benefit automatically changes to a retirement pension). It is best to apply at least six months before you want your pension to begin.
