Seniors/Disabled Preventative Maintenance
Initiative
The Seniors’ and/or Disabled Preventative Maintenance Initiative is a forgivable loan:
-
for low income seniors and people with disabilities to help pay for maintenance costs and minor repairs to their home
-
available on an annual basis to a maximum of $875.00
-
for people who have lived in the NWT for five years or more
