Senior Citizens Home Repair Program
The Senior Citizens Home Repair Program is a forgivable loan, for seniors who are 60 or older who own their own homes.
For seniors who:

have lived in the NWT for at least five years

who may need to fix up their homes if there is something wrong with the house that is unsafe or unhealthy
-
have a low income
The most the loan can be is $20,000 plus the cost of freight to bring in supplies.
