Alison McAteer House provides a home for women and children who are experiencing violence. Women and children can get counselling and other support. The maximum length of stay is six weeks.
Alison McAteer House also provides assistance for victims who want to apply for an Emergency Protection Order (EPO).

This centre provides temporary shelter for women in crisis, one to one counselling to clients and referrals to other helpful agencies in the community. The centre also runs a Healthy Baby club, a Toddler’s club, and a walk in clinic once a week.
