Food Establishment Inspection Results

Food Establishments are inspected to ensure compliance with the NWT Food Establishment Safety Regulations under the Public Health Act. The regulations apply to all premises where food is manufactured, processed, prepared, packaged, stored, handled, displayed, transported, distributed, served, offered for sale or sold, but do not apply to private residences.

Posting Food Establishment Inspection reports is new as of September 2, 2010. The information posted represents the conditions found at the date and time of the inspection. Reports will be posted as they are completed. The frequency of inspections is determined by Environmental Health Officers who use established health risk based criteria.
