Community Action Program for Children (CAPC)
The Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) funds community-based coalitions to establish and deliver services to meet the developmental needs of children under age six living in conditions at risk. These children:
- are living in low-income families;
- are living in teenage-parent families;
- are at risk of, or have, developmental delays, social, emotional or behavioural delays; and/or
- are neglected or abused.
