2 Months (after 1st visit)	Pentacel Hepatitis B (1^st of 3 doses)
2 Months (after 2nd visit)	Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus and Polio (DaPT Polio) Hepatitis B (2^nd of 3 doses)
12 Months (after 3rd visit)	Pentacel Hepatitis B (final dose)
4-6 Years	Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus and Polio (DaPT Polio) Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
