12 Months	Chicken Pox Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
18 Months	Pentacel (final dose) Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
4-6 Years	Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus and Polio (DaPT Polio)
9-10 Years	Hepatitis B Series
14-16 Years	Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (TdaP)
