Welcome to ‘A Foundation for Change’. This plan is about making changes to our system now, to ensure our children have affordable, quality health care and social services in the future.

For our action plan to be successful, and benefit Northerners, we need to develop a partnership of trust and sharing. We are committed to open, timely communication about the actions, and what they will mean for Northerners. We will provide quarterly updates on the actions.
